- Abstract
- Tetracoordinate anionic neodymium(III) alkoxides and amides are obtained by adduct formation of Nd[OC(tBu)3]3 (1) and Nd[N(SiMe3)2]3 (2) with either LiCl or LiOSiMe3. The compounds (THF)3Li(μ-Cl)Nd[OC(tBu)3]3 (3), (THF)3Li(μ-Cl)Nd [N(SiMe3)2]3 (4) and [Li(THF)4][(Me3Si)2N3Nd(OSiMe3)] (5) have been characterized by single-crystal X-ray analyses.
